You can navigate STARS in two ways:

Articulate Skills:

allows you to consider a situation you have experienced; identify tasks and actions you carried out in those situations; and articulate the results you achieved. Prompts and examples are provided to support you throughout this process.

Develop Skills:

allows you to start with a skill you think you have, or one you wish to develop, and articulate how you acquired that skill, using the STARS formula.
